This role supports the development and execution of social media content that reflects the SummerWinds brand voice, seasonal priorities, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong organizational skills, ensuring consistent, high-quality content that connects with our audience and drives interest in-store. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Publishing Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube that reflects SummerWinds’ brand identity and seasonal themes. Produce, edit, and post visually compelling videos and photos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Source and curate photos that are seasonally and regionally relevant to our audiences. Schedule and manage posts using social tools to maintain a consistent publishing calendar. Community Engagement Actively interact with followers by responding to comments, promoting giveaways, and featuring community stories. Engage and collaborate with local, industry-relevant social media influencers to amplify reach and brand visibility. Support relationships with local partners and vendors. Campaign & Collaboration Assist with the execution of district-wide social media campaigns to support marketing goals. Work collaboratively with the buying, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely content. Promote upcoming in-store events and free classes. Analytics & Improvement Monitor performance metrics across platforms and provide insights to guide future content. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance content performance and reach. In-Store Content Gathering Visit Arizona store locations regularly to capture high-quality photo and video content. Collaborate effectively with store associates to gather authentic, on-brand content, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism when working with diverse teams and personalities. Maintain and share a weekly travel schedule outlining store visits and project focus. Organization & Planning Stay organized, self-motivated, and proactive in generating fresh content ideas. Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency. Demonstrate initiative by identifying new content opportunities and emerging social trends. Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications Ability to understand and represent the SummerWinds brand voice, visual style, and messaging across all digital platforms. Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube). Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and audience engagement strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency. Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite. Skilled in photography and video production, with an eye for engaging visual storytelling. Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Reliable transportation and insurable driving record for travel between store locations. Possession of a personal cell phone (plan partially reimbursed by the Company). Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed for campaigns, events, or store visits.
