As an AZ Truck Driver at TKfresh, you will operate commercial vehicles to safely transport fresh produce to and from distribution centers, retail locations, and clients. You will be responsible for meeting scheduled delivery times, maintaining vehicle condition, and representing the company with a high standard of customer service.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Valid Ontario AZ driver’s license (required)
• with Air Brake (Z) endorsement (asset)
• Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract (required)
• Minimum 3 years of professional AZ driving experience – Letter of Experience required
• Forklift experience and/or certification (asset)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Must pass a personal reference check

• Perform daily vehicle inspections (circle checks), maintaining all fluid levels, tires, lights, brakes, etc.
• Operate AZ-class vehicles in compliance with all transportation laws and company procedures.
• Secure loads using proper equipment (e.g., load bars) to ensure safe delivery.
• Read and follow maps, route plans, and verbal instructions to meet delivery timelines.
• Verify loads against shipping documents and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Maintain records including vehicle logs, cargo documentation, and billing paperwork in compliance with regulations.
• Present delivery documents and obtain required signatures from customers.
• Report mechanical issues or traffic delays promptly to the supervisor.
• Use a forklift or pump truck to assist with loading/unloading and stripping pallets as required.
• Follow company policies including health & safety, drug/alcohol use, and technology usage guidelines.
• Maintain a professional attitude with all clients and co-workers.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
