Objectives: Participants in AZEM Program will engage in rigorous training and development experiences that are aimed at enhancing their skills, expanding their knowledge, and preparing them for leadership roles within the industry. The program emphasizes real-world applications, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects. Opportunities: •⁠ ⁠Intensive learning and development experiences •⁠ ⁠Mentorship from seasoned professionals •⁠ ⁠Hands-on involvement in high-impact projects •⁠ ⁠Networking opportunities with industry leaders Duration and Format: The program kicks off in June 2026 and spans over 6 months, featuring a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, depending on the needs of the projects and participants Educational Background: •⁠ The candidate must be a student who’s seeking an internships in the following majors Computer Science, Business administration, Engineering, Accounting, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field. Skills and Competencies: •⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and collaboration abilities •⁠ ⁠Leadership potential and a demonstrated ability to take initiative Experience: •⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a relevant field (internships, projects, or work experience) is highly desirable. •⁠ ⁠A track record of outstanding academic or professional achievements.
