As an Aztec Bistro Team Member, you will be working in our popular Aztec Bistro which overlooks both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools, boasting a spacious sun terrace, used for al fresco dining and seasonal entertainment. This role will include working the Bar and Floor area, serving and assisting our guests with all aspects of the Bistro experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Serve and deliver drinks from the bar, in a professional and friendly manner
• Use the till on the bar to process payments and log purchases
• Ensure bar areas are clean, tidy and presentable
• Serving food and clearing down tables
• Providing excellent customer service
