Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Clearwater is seeking a skilled and experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure services, including Azure Virtual Desktop, MDM, Intune, Azure Backup, and PowerShell scripting. As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our client’s Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure or Course Training.
- Preferred, at least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- One or more certifications in Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud infrastructure architecture including Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Administrative experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iPhone OS.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.
- Experience with virtual machines, storage, networking, security, and database services.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools.
- Background with Active Directory Services, including DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain cloud network configurations and network diagrams.
- Understanding of cost optimization within Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, CLI).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client service hours.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
