About the role... We are currently seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer (Terraform / IaC) to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad. What you will do... Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ensuring reusable, secure, and scalable modules. Provision, configure, and operate infrastructure services on the Microsoft Azure platform, including technologies such as AKS, Azure Functions, API Management / API Gateway, Event Grid, Azure Storage etc. Collaborate with architects, development teams to define and evolve infrastructure architecture, following best practices for reliability, cost, and security. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps Produce and maintain high-quality documentation (architecture diagrams, runbooks, operational procedures, module/pipeline usage guidelines). Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across environments, contributing to continuous improvement and standardization. Technical Skills required... Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. At least 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role with strong focus on Infrastructure as Code. Hands-on experience with Terraform (modules, remote state, workspaces, best practices, multi-environment deployments). Solid experience with Azure services and cloud-native patterns, as AKS, Azure Functions, API Management / API Gateway, Event Grid, Azure Storage etc Good understanding of infrastructure architecture concepts (networking fundamentals, IAM, security patterns, high availability, scalability). Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and/or platform delivery. Documentation mindset: ability to produce clear technical documentation for both engineers and stakeholders. Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaboration practices. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work across teams to deliver reliable infrastructure.
