Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with AWS certification welcome!)
Shift: Rotational / 24x7 Support
Type: Full-time
What you’ll do:
✅ Monitor AWS environments (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
✅ Respond to alerts & perform first-level troubleshooting
✅ Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams when needed
✅ Support maintenance, patching, and upgrades
✅ Ensure compliance & security policies are followed
What we’re looking for:
Basic AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch)
Understanding of IT infrastructure (OS, networking, storage, security)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)
AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect – Associate) is a bonus
Career Growth Path:
L1 Engineer → L2 Engineer (Cloud/DevOps) → L3 Cloud Architect / SRE
