JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring for a position located in the United States (preferably New York City area) for NetApp’s Azure Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) team to operate in a technical pre-sales capacity in the Financial Services sector, working to identify candidate workloads, design and architect appropriate solutions, run proofs-of-concept, and move customers into active consumption of NetApp’s Azure-based products.
Much of the customer engagement will be done collaboratively with the Microsoft Sales and Technical teams, where we provide technical expertise on Cloud services offered by NetApp and Azure. The qualified candidate must be capable of articulating how our technology enables customer innovation in Azure.
This is a highly technical role with a heavy focus on customer and partner (Microsoft) interaction, education, and collaboration, and you will find yourself in the heart of our customers’ digital transformation efforts.
About Us:
We are part of the global Cloud Solutions Architect team within NetApp’s Public Cloud Services business unit, specifically tasked with driving customer adoption of our Microsoft Azure cloud services. Our Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams are charged with implementing and scaling our portfolio’s many Cloud and software services and exceeding our Sales goals. It’s a very dynamic area within NetApp, and we pride ourselves on our agility, adaptability, and continuous process improvement.

Regular Activities:
o Staying abreast of the latest developments in public cloud services.
o Acquiring/maintaining technical expertise.
o Developing or enhancing processes and techniques utilized by our Sales and Technical teams.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 171,530 - 221,980 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on ’On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
