Description:
· 3+ years work experience as a System Analyst
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Desirable system knowledge of enterprise applications such as Salesforce
· Experience using work tracking tools such as Azure Dev Ops
· Excellent communication skills
· Understand the departments current and future technical environment including system dependencies.
· Interpret technical solutions for non-technical staff such as business and business analyst stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
· The production of detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics and process maps.
· The production of products within a DevOps and agile delivery model, including feature definition, requirements and Product Backlog Items (PBI) definitions.
· Work closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development.
· Analysis of systems to define nonfunctional business and system integration requirements.
· Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to define a high level interface solution.
· Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalation.
· Plan and facilitate workshops with business and business analyst representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
· Produce detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs.
· Utilise excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally.
· Discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff.
· Utilise excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: $500.00 – $600.00 per day
