MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Azure experience, with Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C#, PowerShell).
  • Deep knowledge of Azure networking (VNet, ExpressRoute) and storage solutions.
  • Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Project management and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI/ML services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Big data tools (Azure Synapse, Databricks).

Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, high-availability cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Lead on-premises-to-cloud migrations with cost-optimized architecture.
  • Configure and manage Azure services (e.g., Azure VM, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions).
  • Automate deployments using ARM templates, Terraform, or PowerShell/Azure CLI.
  • Implement security controls (Azure Security Center, Key Vault, RBAC, NSG).
  • Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR or HIPAA.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Set up monitoring/alerting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize cloud-native applications.
  • Analyze cloud spend and recommend cost-saving strategies.
