CAPTRUST is seeking a skilled Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at CAPTRUST, a leading financial investment firm headquartered in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure, with a proven ability to design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions. You will be responsible for driving our cloud initiatives, optimizing infrastructure for efficiency and performance, and supporting the overall technology strategy. This role requires expertise in automation, scripting, and cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of Azure services, including but not limited to compute, storage, networking components and Platform as a Service
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure Resource Manager templates and Azure Automation. The ability to define and manage infrastructure using code is crucial
• Knowledge of Azure security best practices and compliance standards. Ensuring that infrastructure meets security requirements is vital
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving infrastructure issues. Monitoring and maintaining system performance are essential responsibilities
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security personnel

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Azure infrastructure services
• Proficiency in PowerShell and ARM templates
• Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts (Virtual Machines, App Services, Automation, Azure Policy, Key Vault, etc.)
• Experience with VMWare, Cisco UCS, and Pure Storage preferred
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-900) preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Entra ID, and Purview
• Experience in the Finance Industry
• Experience with Acquistions with Data and Integration
