Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for cloud technologies and leadership? We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant IT Manager to join our growing technical team. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant IT Manager, you’ll lead a small internal support team while also delivering end-to-end IT services across Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365 platforms. From user support and system maintenance to cloud migrations and infrastructure design, your role will be essential in driving our IT operations forward.
You’ll support both internal teams and a diverse client base, working across office, remote, and on-site environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor the internal IT team, encouraging growth, quality, and accountability.
  • Deliver 1st to 3rd line technical support for users and clients.
  • Own and manage cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Plan and execute cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and new client onboarding.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and enterprise networking.
  • Ensure security best practices across systems, networks, and endpoints.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audits or compliance activities.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
