Engage with Denmark's largest insurance and pension customers to understand their strategic priorities and challenges. Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams—including account executives, solution engineers, cloud architects, and partners—to deliver end-to-end solutions. Translate customer needs into actionable cloud and AI strategies, guiding them through every step of their transformation journey. Participate in biweekly pipeline management sessions to ensure accurate forecasting, prioritize opportunities, and maintain a healthy business rhythm. Own the sales process from qualifying use cases to securing customer commitment for implementation. Proven experience in cloud solution sales, preferably within insurance, pension, or other regulated industries - not a must. Understanding of cloud services, cloud architecture, data analytics, and AI-driven transformation. Ability to influence and collaborate across virtual teams, driving consensus and action without direct authority. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Danish and English. A growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping customers succeed in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Familiarity with Danish insurance and pension sector regulations and business models. Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving adoption of innovative cloud solutions.
