POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Team Lead for our IT and Azure Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in informatic equipment, networking technology, and cloud solutions, along with excellent management, commercial, and communication skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the team to success and ensuring client satisfaction.

HARD SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, or Management);
Proven experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, or related technology solutions;
A deep understanding of network architecture, informatic equipment, data center services, and cloud solutions;
Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies;
Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of guiding successful teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
