Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
- Cloud Migration: Oversee the migration of on-premise applications and infrastructure to Azure, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal cloud architecture.
- Solution Integration: Work with development teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems, applications, and business processes.
- Governance & Security: Implement Azure governance, compliance, and security best practices to protect applications and data across cloud environments.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Enable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for Azure-based applications using Azure DevOps or other relevant tools.
- Optimization: Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure to ensure cost efficiency, high availability, and performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and operations teams, to understand requirements and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Provide clear technical documentation and reports for cloud architecture solutions, design decisions, and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Azure Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various Azure services, including Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, and Azure DevOps.
- Architecture & Design: Experience in designing cloud-native applications, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud solutions.
- Certifications: Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are preferred.
- DevOps & Automation: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Security: Strong knowledge of Azure security best practices, identity management (Azure Active Directory), and network security.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, leading discussions on cloud architecture decisions and best practices.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex cloud infrastructure challenges.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cloud cost management, performance optimization, and scaling cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with serverless architectures, microservices, and containerization.
- Experience in the healthcare, financial, or regulated industry is a plus.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
