SALES EXECUTIVE - BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE

Senior Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for building and infrastructure solutions. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and leverage industry expertise, communication skills, and sales technology to exceed targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Go to Market attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with preference for advanced degrees.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in the buildings/infrastructure sector in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and growing market share.
  • Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools to drive data-driven decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities specific to the buildings/infrastructure sector
Experience with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms is a plus
Proficient in using data analysis tools to generate insights and drive data-driven decisions

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in real estate development, construction, consultants, architecture, engineering, and facilities management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing, product, and operations support for sales initiatives
  • Analyze sales data, industry trends, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
  • Stay abreast of developments in building codes, sustainable construction practices, and infrastructure investment to inform sales planning
  • Meeting to KPI defined by Company
  • Initiate client Registration and Pre-Qualification keep up to date.
  • Selling process: prospect visits, quotation, contacts follow-up and negotiation, , and operations follow-up (client satisfaction),
  • Marketing campaigns and support; mailing, commercial meeting organization, Internal communication of sales and marketing information (references, best practices, CRM tool reports …)
