What You’ll Do as a B Operator: The B Operator plays a critical role in supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations at our Minneapolis facility. This position is responsible for the movement, loading, and unloading of materials, accurate inventory handling, and coordinating with production to ensure quality and safety standards are met. What You Can Expect to Do in This Role: * Move trailer tankers in and out of the plant yard using a tractor truck. * Load trailer tankers with finished product and perform scale-in/scale-out recording. * Collect product samples for quality testing and retains following standard procedures. * Manage inventory and production transactions using computer systems. * Receive and release rail cars in accordance with plant procedures. * Unload raw materials from trailer tankers and rail cars to designated storage tanks. * Maintain a clean and orderly yard and work area. * Perform duties of other operations roles when needed (Helper, Operator Trainee, etc.). * Maintain punctual and consistent attendance. * Participate in monthly safety and quality meetings. * Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM   What We Are Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1–2 years of chemical manufacturing or material handling experience. * Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. * Ability to operate or be trained to operate a tractor truck. * Strong computer literacy for inventory and transaction input. * Valid driver’s license. * Ability to pass an entry-level exam. * Ability to be medically cleared to wear a full-face air-purifying respirator. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Able to work in hot/cold plant environments and at elevated heights. * Ability to bend, climb ladders, and perform physically repetitive tasks.
