The Role As a Licenced Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining our fleet and ensuring our aircraft operate safely and efficiently. You’ll engage with all aspects of the airline’s operation, working both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll need to meet deadlines, overcome operational challenges, and embrace change to drive improvements across the business. You’ll demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and proficiency in IT, while communicating effectively with management and maintaining a strong customer focus.
