Job Description
Are you a skilled B2 Licensed Engineer with a passion for business jets and a strong background in base maintenance? We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team, supporting a fleet of high-performance aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager, in full compliance with approved maintenance documentation.
  • Lead and supervise small teams during base maintenance checks and modification programs.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all maintenance activities.
  • Support and execute complex modifications, including Starlink, GoGo, and Venue installations.

✅ Requirements:

  • Full unrestricted EASA/CAA B2 License with electrical privileges.
  • Type-rated on at least one of the following aircraft (multiple ratings highly desirable):
  • Bombardier Challenger 350/300
  • Challenger 600/604/650
  • Global 7500
  • Global 5000/6000/5500/6500/Express
  • Strong base maintenance experience, including heavy checks and modification programs.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience with cabin connectivity and entertainment system upgrades (e.g., Starlink, GoGo, Venue).
  • Familiarity with business aviation operations and customer-focused environment.
