Industry: Diamond Jewelry Manufacturing (B2B)
Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients
  • Build & Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client goals & product preferences
  1. Order Coordination & Delivery Management
  • Track orders through production and confirm on-time deliveries
  • Coordinate internally with CAD, Production & QC teams to ensure timely and proper delivery
  1. Communication
  • Provide proactive updates on order status, timeline & any changes
  • Address client questions & concerns
  1. Sales Support & Account Growth
  • Work with sales & marketing to identify upsell/cross-selling opportunities based on client needs & trends
  • collaborate with the sales team to grow account value & retention

Ideal Candidate has:

  • Experience in B2B Account Management
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening & problem-solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills
  • Jewelry design and/or manufacturing experience.
