We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us! Tasks and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of partners to grow PC and Print business, services, and solutions with YoY growth. Understand partner market, competition, and identify new business opportunities. Proactively engage partners (calls/meetings), drive sales, and support the full sales cycle including pricing. Educate partners on new products, solutions, and ensure Partner Program compliance (certifications, revenue). Build strong business relationships by responding promptly to partner inquiries and fostering loyalty. Monitor partner performance, provide forecasting, and track results using reporting tools. Oversee partner marketing activities, co-investments, and ROI tracking. Support registration and onboarding of IT resellers into the Partner Program. Fluent in English and native Czech Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) Previous sales experience, preferably B2B sales Positive attitude and goal orientation Strong individual contributor as well as a team player Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision Flexibility in prioritizing workload Meal vouchers (CZK 123.90 in your salary per working day) Benefit card (CZK 1940 per month) Performance-based bonuses that recognize and reward your contributions.
