Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our busy Regional Sales Centre in Godalming, where you will be a single point of contact to meet customer requirements, whilst negotiating profitable sales and supporting the branch network.
Working as part of an established team and backed by the world’s leading building materials distributor in Stark, you’ll be driving our sales with a close working team who like to work hard but also have fun! We truly invest in our employees and support them in their career development.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Centre Manager, the key duties for a Sales Consultant are:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from our customers looking to make and place orders.
  • Provide customers with product quotes and advise them with any queries they may have in relation to our products and services.
  • Process customer orders to their nearest branches, maintaining excellent customer service throughout.
  • You will be looking for opportunities to provide upsell where possible which will involve calling local contractors to develop your business accounts.
  • There are KPI’s, but customer service and building solid customer relationships are our largest motivators.
