  • Conduct B2B outside sales to close new business with SMB/SME clients.
  • Build and manage a pipeline using warm/hot leads (no heavy cold calling).
  • Run discovery, deliver tailored solutions, negotiate, and close.
  • Manage key accounts post-sale to drive adoption, upsell, and retention.
  • Use CRM and sales tools for activity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical/product teams to scope and deliver solutions.
