Expectations of the Sales Representative: We are seeking an entry level sales representative to join our team. In this role you will close high-ticket B2C and B2B sales, transforming these leads into success stories. Our sales representatives in this role typically earn an OTE (on-target earnings) of: $75,000–$150,000 in the first year $150,000–$250,000 in the second year $250,000–$350,000 in the third year $400,000+ after 3.5 years Key Responsibilities of the Sales Rep: Manage and close inbound warm leads to meet and exceed sales targets. Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and demonstrate value. Conduct product and strategy presentations and provide detailed information on services. Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with both individuals and business owners. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress within the award-winning CRM system. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance. Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and success. Qualifications of the Sales Rep: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-ticket environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas. Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success with a “Winner” mindset. Ability to work remote in USA from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed. Valid Drivers License. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process with company partners.
