As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you'll be the vital connection between our client's nephrology experts and primary care physicians across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. This isn't traditional sales - you're facilitating important medical collaborations that reduce patient wait times from months to days. You'll work with established, proven scripts and processes while having the autonomy to build relationships with healthcare professionals. This role offers the perfect blend of meaningful healthcare impact, professional development in B2B communications, and the flexibility of part-time remote work with potential for full-time growth. Responsibilities · Conduct professional outbound calls to hospitals, nephrology practices, and primary care physicians to introduce telemedicine collaboration opportunities · Navigate healthcare administrative systems to connect with decision-making physicians and practice managers · Schedule initial consultation meetings between prospects and the company's board-certified nephrologists · Execute strategic follow-up campaigns using proven scripts and email templates to maintain engagement · Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in HubSpot CRM system · Work systematically through targeted lead lists in key markets across four states · Participate in quality assurance programs through recorded calls for continuous improvement · Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback Requirements Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear US English proficiency essential for rural healthcare market success Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, outbound calling, or healthcare industry communications Strong persistence and resilience with ability to professionally handle objections and maintain positive relationships Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly preferred) Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for independent remote work Professional phone presence suitable for healthcare industry interactions Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace for confidential healthcare communications Availability to work consistently during Central Time business hours (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM) Interest in healthcare industry and understanding of the importance of patient care access Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_28338_JOB
