Job Description The B2B Brand Strategy Lead is responsible for analyzing market trends and customer insights to craft customer value proposition to differentiate Globe Business’ against competition. This role involves developing brand messaging and positioning strategies, and ensuring the consistent delivery of the brand’s visual and messaging across all channels. The B2B Brand Strategy Lead collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand promise is implemented across departments and channels, while upholding the brand's reputation and thought leadership activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Analyzing market trends and customer insights. Craft compelling brand strategies for Globe Business brand and its products and services based on the insights gathered. ● Define the unique value proposition of Globe Business that differentiates it from competition. Conduct value proposition testing and analysis to validate uniqueness, credibility and relevance of Globe Business’ to customers. ● Develop brand architecture, content strategy, messaging and positioning strategies that communicate the brand's proposition to target audiences and stakeholders. ● Lead the Marketing and Communications (Marcom) team to integrate the brand proposition into compelling brand stories and narratives. ● Managing delivery of the brand’s visual and messaging. Governance over all of Globe Business’ materials and comms. ● Leading cross-departmental collaboration and governance, ensuring Globe Business’ value proposition is properly cascaded and put into practice. ● Managing the creation and delivery of thematic campaign to enhance brand recognition across various channels including industry partnerships. ● Coordinating with public relations team to ensure consistent brand messaging to manage brand reputation and thought leadership efforts. ● Manages A&P budget for the team, monitoring spend and processing payment to suppliers HIRING REQUIREMENTS: WORK EXPERIENCE: ● Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in brand marketing roles ● Understanding of marketing tools and techniques ● Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytics and insights to optimize marketing efforts ● Able to create and execute strategic frameworks ● Marketing degree or postgraduate qualifications LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE: ● Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices acquired through extensive experience in diverse marketing roles ● Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and frameworks, including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution EDUCATION: ● Bachelor’s degree preferably w Equal Opportunity Employer Globe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.
