JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

For the segment BD Medical business unit Medication Delivery Solutions, B2B for the Region of Italy and Greece we search a candidate for the position of a B2B Business Development Executive / Customer experience. This position will support the sales and business development activities within the strategic key segments that include Italian Kit Manufacturers, Veterinary, and MedTech. This will represent approximately 80% of the time allocation and is field based as we expect a mix of face-to-face customer visits and online meetings.
Secondly this position has 20% of time attached to improving, delivering, and measuring the Customer experience indictors of the business. Ensuring that we have a smooth experience for the B2B customers from end to end. Also supporting the pharmaceutical base of customers in EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • Identify research and qualify new business opportunities; create and maintain a business plan to achieve the overall strategy and achieve the segment targets in Italy.
  • Manage and grow specifically identified and segmented B2B customer based in Italy through proactive prospecting through a mixture of telesales, digital networking, events and face-to-face activity
  • Manage B2B Accounts and support with Strategic Accounts in collaboration with B2B Business Development Manager including customer phone and mail interactions, customer facings and marketing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Salesforce CRM of all interactions, communication and potential opportunities
  • Participate and contribute as a member of the European B2B team meetings (International travel will be required)
