📍 Location: Berlin, Germany 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office / 4 days per week WFH) About the role An international TravelTech company is looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to support corporate travellers within a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. This role combines customer support, complex travel booking management, and operational coordination within a global travel operations team. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and high-quality travel experience across multiple booking channels and systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide high-quality travel support via phone, email, and chat Manage hotel, flight, rail, and car rental bookings accurately and efficiently Handle complex itineraries, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance, and PNR management Support customers with self-service functionality across digital platforms and mobile applications Ensure compliance with travel policies, operational procedures, and global travel regulations Work closely with internal teams to resolve travel-related issues and improve customer experience Maintain strong knowledge of suppliers, destinations, booking systems, and travel industry processes Participate in internal training sessions, supplier updates, and operational meetings Provide operational feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction Maintain SLA targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs within a dynamic support environment REQUIREMENTS: Fluent German and good English communication skills (B2 level or higher) Previous experience within Business Travel or Corporate Travel environments Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo (essential) Strong understanding of ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance, and PNR management Knowledge of complex itineraries, airfare construction, negotiated fares, and routing Understanding of ARC and BSP booking practices Experience with NDC, low-cost carriers, and third-party aggregators is considered an advantage Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage urgent travel requests effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced international support environment Availability to work rotating shifts between Monday and Friday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM OFFER: Opportunity to join a fast-growing international TravelTech organisation Hybrid working model with limited office presence Comprehensive healthcare, insurance, and wellbeing support Retirement savings and equity participation opportunities Flexible time-off policies and parental leave benefits Travel-related perks and commuting support Modern international office environment with collaborative culture Strong professional growth and career development opportunities within a high-growth technology company Dynamic and innovation-focused work environment How to Apply for the B2B Travel Agent To apply, please submit your CV in English highlighting your experience in corporate travel or customer support, your language proficiencies.
