Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Cold Caller to join the sales team of a Merch Products Provider. Starting on a part time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time role once consistent progress and results are demonstrated. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, introducing our products and services, and generating qualified leads to drive sales growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to targeted business leads Clearly communicate the value of our branded merchandise services Engage and qualify decision-makers to schedule appointments Maintain a professional, confident, and friendly phone presence Effectively handle objections and keep conversations on track Track outreach activity and maintain updated records Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts and outreach strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum C1 Advanced level). Proven experience in B2B cold calling Strong ability to engage decision-makers and book appointments Comfortable handling objections while remaining professional Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
