Overview We are seeking a B2B Content Marketing Manager to support a cohort of senior Growth Executives, translating company priorities and thought leadership into compelling, executive-level content across social and owned channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and executive storytelling—responsible for bringing leadership narratives to life across LinkedIn, newsletters, video, and other key channels. You will partner closely with Growth and Marketing teams to turn strategy into engaging, audience-first content that drives visibility, credibility, and pipeline. This position requires regular, in-person work from our New York office. Responsibilities Executive Content & Narrative Support• Translate business priorities, thought leadership, and key initiatives into clear, compelling, platform-native content• Support the development and refinement of executive and company narratives across Growth leadership• Maintain consistency in voice and positioning across executives while tailoring for individual styles• Partner with Demand Gen to align content with campaigns, GTM priorities, and pipeline goals Multi-Channel Content Creation & Execution• Own day-to-day content creation across LinkedIn, newsletters, video, and select social platforms• Manage editorial calendars for a group of Growth Executives• Produce timely, relevant content tied to market trends and business priorities• Write and execute recurring executive content (e.g., newsletters, POV posts, announcements)• Adapt content across formats, from short-form posts to longer-form thought leadership Audience Engagement & Growth• Support targeted engagement across owned channels, including newsletters and executive social presence• Monitor engagement trends and identify opportunities to strengthen reach and resonance• Contribute to audience growth through consistent, high-quality content execution Performance & Optimization• Track content performance across channels and apply learnings to improve output• Test and iterate on formats, messaging, and timing based on results• Partner with Marketing to support broader content and demand generation goals Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner with Growth, Demand Gen, Brand, and Comms teams to align on messaging and priorities• Ensure content supports broader marketing initiatives and campaigns• Help translate strategic inputs into clear, high-quality, on-platform content What Success Looks Like Consistent, high-quality executive presence across social and owned channels Growing engagement and audience reach for Growth leadership voices Strong alignment between executive content and broader marketing priorities Content that drives visibility, relevance, and conversation Qualifications • 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing (B2B preferred)• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content• Experience creating content across LinkedIn and owned channels (newsletters, blogs, etc.)• Familiarity with executive communications and/or personal branding frameworks• Working knowledge of social analytics and performance tracking• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment• Proactive, collaborative, and execution-focused Compensation In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
