We are looking for a reliable, organised, and friendly Office & Customer Service Manager to join us during school-friendly hours. On-the-job training will be provided. This role is ideal for a parent looking to return to work while managing school hours.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing B2B customers
  • Support sales growth by developing new customer relationships
  • Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Make outbound calls to follow up orders, quotes, and sales
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers and our design team
  • Look up order details to help resolve queries promptly
  • Process incoming orders and coordinate logistics for delivery
  • Receive, dispatch, and sort incoming/outgoing goods
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions
