This role is responsible for transforming how we engage professional B2B customers by leading the digitalisation of the sell-in process across the professional channel. Unlike operational sales support functions, this position is focused on strategy, innovation, and customer-facing digital engagement. The B2B Digital Solution Lead will design and roll out new digital platforms, build scalable engagement solutions for small accounts not managed by field sales, and develop new digital customer journeys for account acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in Sales and Marketing, with specific expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and digital platform implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead digital transformation projects, with strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into innovative digital customer solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a new B2B digital platform to enable personalised promotions, offers, and communications.
  • Develop and execute digital engagement strategies for small accounts outside the scope of the field sales team.
  • Create and optimise digital-first workflows for onboarding new accounts and nurturing existing customers, ensuring seamless online experiences.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to align digital solutions with overall field sales strategies, ensuring digital complements human sales channels.
  • Act as the strategic link between Sales, Trade Marketing, and Education to deliver integrated digital customer engagement initiatives.
  • Own the B2B CRM and customer engagement strategy, working with a dedicated CRM Manager to drive personalised, data-driven communication.
  • Use performance insights to refine and evolve digital engagement, ensuring strategies remain future-facing and customer-led.
