As we scale, we are looking for a driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage RFQs, and lead our sourcing teams to maximum performance.
Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • RFQ Management – Ensuring all buyer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) are handled promptly, accurately, and with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Vendor Development – Leading the sourcing team in identifying, vetting, and building strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers worldwide.
  • Remote Team Leadership – Hiring, training, and managing a remote sourcing team, ensuring they are working at 100% efficiency and consistently meeting performance KPIs.
  • Process Optimization – Streamlining operational workflows to improve response times, vendor reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align sourcing operations with company growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management (preferably in B2B ecommerce, sourcing, or supply chain).
  • Strong understanding of RFQ workflows, procurement processes, and vendor management.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire both in-house and remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CRMs, and sourcing tools is a plus.
