SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with our B2B in-person and virtual events across a variety of industries.
You will be responsible for designing collateral and generating leads via online and offline direct marketing tactics to drive attendees and sponsorship revenue for our senior-level conferences. This includes our website, social media, content creation, media partnerships, speakers and other online initiatives.
Working within a small team in a fast-paced environment, the role is varied and will keep you learning daily. We believe in empowering people to do their best work in a creative, agile and supportive environment offering development and encouragement.

• Website Management and Maintenance – ensuring it is user and SEO-friendly with updated information
• Content Creation – designing social media and website images and articles for promotion through our online marketing channels
• Lead Generation - Generating relevant leads through social media, partnerships and sourcing, particularly for the sponsorship team
• Social Media and Community - Maintaining Customer Engagement online (particularly LinkedIn) with interesting topic discussions, active participation in conversations online, as well as repurposing and promoting content
• Analysis and Reporting – Updating event results and tracking the success of campaigns, proposing ideas to improve results
