REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in B2B field sales (especially in retail, FMCG, or tech sales to stores)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Not afraid to cold-call or walk in the door
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Full driving license – happy to be on the road most days
• Tech-savvy and able to demo hardware/software (we’ll train you)

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a confident, experienced, and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is boots-on-the-ground – visiting retail stores, pitching our products and solutions (digital signage, kiosks, POS etc.), building lasting B2B relationships, and closing deals. You’ll be the face of the business in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach independent retailers and franchise groups (convenience, pharmacy, foodservice, etc.)
• Present and pitch our product range face-to-face (digital signage, self-service kiosks, POS solutions)
• Build long-term relationships with store owners, managers, and regional decision-makers
• Drive sales from cold leads and referrals
• Follow up and close deals — fast and efficiently
• Feed insights from the field back into the business
• Keep leads up to date
• Attend trade shows, demos, and events when needed
