REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive outside/field sales experience.
  • Strong ability to influence market decisions and drive customer specifications.
  • Excellent communication, initiative, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and property owners.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored safety, security, and building system solutions.
  • Increase account penetration by preparing bids, proposals, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to develop trust and loyalty.
  • Partner with colleagues and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive business development.
  • Use sales management tools to plan, document, and expand opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to team sales and marketing strategies while targeting new client opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in professional and industry associations.
