Job Description
As B2B General Manager, you will oversee the evolution and execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow Balsam Hill’s global business sales. This role is pivotal in driving omnichannel growth through strategic sector development and a combination of online and offline sales initiatives. Success in this role requires a seasoned leader with strong strategic thinking skills, a hands-on approach to execution, and exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
This full-time position reports to the Chief People & Growth Officer located in Redwood City, CA and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.

The base pay range for this position is: $174,000 to $217,000. Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
