About the Role: We're looking for a growth-minded operator to help Tamara identify, validate, and scale new acquisition opportunities. As our business continues to grow, future growth will increasingly depend on discovering new ways to drive merchant acquisition, improve efficiency, and create repeatable growth mechanisms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimentation, moves quickly from idea to execution, and is excited by building things from scratch. Your responsibilities: Design and launch new acquisition initiatives beyond paid media. Own an experimentation roadmap using a Hypothesis, Test, Learn, Scale framework. Create and operationalize merchant programs that contribute to pipeline generation. Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency. Work closely with Commercial, CRM, Content, Partnerships, and Performance teams to bring initiatives to life. Translate successful experiments into repeatable and scalable growth motions. Your expertise: 2-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, Startup Growth, or related fields. Strong experimentation mindset and comfortable establishing playbooks. Demonstrated ability to launch initiatives from idea through execution. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions. High ownership mentality with strong execution skills. Exposure to fintech, marketplaces, or startup environments is preferred. Arabic is a plus.
