Your mission Own the end-to-end B2B demand generation engine across performance marketing + social + CRM (HubSpot). Generate and nurture leads across global segments, improve lead quality, and grow sales pipeline through measurable performance. Private Health insurance for your well-being and peace of mind Dynamic and collaborative global team culture and a supportive work environment What you will do: Performance marketing for B2B lead generation Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with a B2B funnel mindset: awareness → consideration → conversion → pipeline Build segment-specific funnels (industry, company size, use case, region) with dedicated landing pages and conversion paths Continuously refine targeting, retargeting, lookalikes, and suppression based on lifecycle stage and CRM data Own experimentation: A/B testing across creatives, offers, landing pages, and lead forms HubSpot CRM and lifecycle automation Own HubSpot marketing operations for demand generation and lifecycle growth Lead capture and tracking (forms, UTMs, attribution basics, conversion events) Lifecycle stage management (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity) aligned with sales AI-driven lead scoring (fit + intent) and qualification rules Build and manage HubSpot landing pages to drive lead capture for campaigns and events (webinars, trade shows, partner activations) Design, launch, and optimize email marketing workflows, including: Event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups Lead nurturing and re-engagement sequences Post-event feedback collection and survey, etc. Build automated onboarding workflows to educate, qualify, and hand off sellers to sales and operations teams Manage sales handoff processes (routing rules, notifications, SLA alignment) Build reporting that leadership and sales care about: lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence Social (brand, demand, and pipeline support) Own social as a demand and credibility channel in support of B2B pipeline growth Partner with content and creative to run always-on B2B social programs, primarily on LinkedIn and Facebook: Case studies, partner wins, product capabilities, operational reliability, and sustainability proof points Founder and expert thought leadership, as well as sales enablement content Own social-led lead generation, especially from Facebook, with clear responsibility for driving qualified seller leads Design and optimize social funnels that attract, qualify, and convert sellers and partners into CRM-ready leads Align targeting, messaging, and lead forms to ensure lead quality before CRM handoff Ensure paid and organic social tell one coherent story per segment and support performance and lifecycle marketing efforts Analytics, reporting, and revenue impact Track and optimize to business outcomes: cost per qualified lead, MQL to SQL rate, pipeline created CAC efficiency for B2B Produce weekly performance insights and monthly growth recommendations across regions and segments Success metrics (how you win in this role) Increase qualified leads (MQL/SQL) from priority segments Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion Reduce cost per qualified lead and improve pipeline efficiency Increase CRM-driven pipeline contribution through nurturing and reactivation Strengthen merchOne.com B2B brand credibility via social proof and segment messaging What You will Bring At least 3 years' experience in B2B performance marketing and demand generation Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads and Meta.
