As part of China B2B Lubes 2025 Strategy, driving indirect channel excellence through multi-dimentional RTM (Route-to-Market) Management is key pillar to achieve business ambition. This role would be key owner to drive RTM strategy Implementation in North region. Nationally, the successful candidate will also be entitled opportunities to contribute to, develop and lead B2B RTM strategic projects e.g. KAS model pilot etc. What you’ll be doing 1. Network planning and Distributor Management in Regional Team Lead regional Multi-dimentional RTM network planning and implementation (fit-for-purpose new distributor recruitment, non-go forward distributor termination etc.) Train, coach and support IC STL / ICAMs with DICE (Deliver Indirect Channel Excellence), indirect related tools and process for implementation Infield support at key distributors to support the IC STL / ICAM with Capability Assessments, Business Plan and Contract reviews and implementation. Lead the regional implementation on key ICE initiative including Risk Assessment, DICE roll out, distributor competency development program etc. Own the network sustainability and consistently managing network risk to ensure robust business baseline and capability to grow. Support ICAMs to on board new distributors including data set up, initial trainings and review sessions. Support the ICAMs and ICSTL to monitor the Available Channel Margin and formulate actions to proactively manage changes and trends. 2.
