We are looking for a B2B Integrations Operational Support (f/m/d) to join Endress+Hauser Group Services Germany and act as a single point of contact to our Sales Centers and global customers.

Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

You’ll play a crucial role in our e-catalogue processes, acting as the bridge between Sales Centers and IT. This role sits at the heart of our Group Services function and supports the continued growth and success of Endress+Hauser.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

You will:

  • Create, maintain and troubleshoot both static and dynamic e-catalogues used by our partners and customers
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e-procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa and others
  • Monitor and optimize B2B integration processes to ensure continuous improvement and efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital procurement initiatives
