You will be working with EasyPark, one of Arrive's flagship brands and a leading provider of digital parking and mobility solutions. As a Junior Account Executive, you'll have full ownership of the sales cycle, a clear career path, and the chance to make a lasting impact. You will be part of a foundational team, with a strong international network of support, coaching, and a clear development plan to help you succeed. This role reports into the local sales leadership and works closely with the broader European mobility teams; your resilience and determination will be key as you become a critical part of our growth story. How to make an impact: Actively sell, negotiate, and quote EasyPark’s B2B solutions while providing proactive follow-up and account support. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive long-term growth and partnership. Plan and execute a high volume of daily sales calls, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs. Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure data quality and seamless pipeline management. Take full commercial responsibility for customer deals, ensuring high-quality and successful outcomes. About you: You are a positive, driven self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Your background: Previous professional sales experience is required, ideally within a B2B environment. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven drive to meet and exceed performance targets. Excellent communication skills, including strong active listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English & French or English & German Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while remaining a dedicated team player.
