We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing and Lead Generation Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
Job Description: Create new business opportunities by using a combination of networking, relationship building, partnership creation, AMB, direct outreach and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B strategies to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, CRM, and drip campaigns.

  • You will be responsible for the creation, management and tweaking of all parts of the campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the in-house websites strategist to create compelling content tailored to business clients.
  • Work with the in-house team: CEO, Website Strategist, Sales rep to create marketing plans and ensure alignment. You will report directly to the CEO
  • Plan and coordinate partnership conversations, speaking events, and other marketing events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing channels.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with website strategist and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns.
  • Identify and manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in planning and executing partnership and event marketing initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue generated
  • Number of leads generated.
  • Performance metrics of all marketing channels (e.g., conversion rates, engagement rates).
  • Success of partnership and event marketing initiatives.
