Your mission Marketing & Communications Develop and implement marketing initiatives for our Service Business and aftermarket portfolio Support product launches, service campaigns and the introduction of new service offerings Create and maintain marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, product sheets, success stories and other customer-facing content Produce engaging content for print and digital channels while ensuring a consistent brand identity in line with our Corporate Design and Corporate Communication Guidelines Collaborate with technical experts, internal stakeholders and external agencies to create high-quality marketing content as well as professional feature articles Digital Marketing Manage and continuously improve service-related website content Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, online content optimization and digital campaigns Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Market Development Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities Identify opportunities to further strengthen the communication of our service portfolio Support strategic marketing initiatives within the aftermarket business In addition, you will support the following activities in close coordination with the relevant functional areas at LOESCHE GmbH: Plan and create target-group-specific social media content, including posts, videos, images and technical articles Support campaigns to increase brand awareness and strengthen customer engagement Plan and coordinate trade fairs, customer events, workshops and service days Support advertising activities in trade publications and online media, including coordination with publishers and media partners Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities to support continuous improvement Your profile Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment Experience in creating technical marketing and sales materials and communicating complex products or services to professional audiences Knowledge of digital marketing, website management and social media Experience in trade fairs and event management is an advantage Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; experience with CMS, SEO and marketing or design tools is a plus Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication and organizational skills combined with creativity and a structured, results-oriented approach Ability to present complex technical topics in a clear, engaging and customer-oriented manner A collaborative mindset and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders We Offer An international work environment within the framework of a medium-sized family-owned business in our office in Bucharest, Romania Dynamic working environment that nurtures independence, promotes versatility and supports you in your personal and professional goals An open business culture aligned with the values of our Head Quarters in Düsseldorf, Germany Tangible opportunity of promotion within the company We offer a competitive salary package that includes a yearly bonus, private medical insurance as well as food coupons Our bright office environment offers access to amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen with free coffee and fresh fruit Flexible working hours with the opportunity to work from home Ongoing training opportunities and regular feedback sessions About us Loesche is an innovative family-owned machinery and plant engineering company operating worldwide.
