The role:
The B2B Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and growth within our B2B channel.
You’ll collaborate across teams to create compelling campaigns that showcase True Potential’s industry-leading products and services to corporate partners and financial advisers.
About you:

Desired skills/qualities are below:

  • Experience in a B2B marketing role. Ideally experience within financial services, fintech, or a related sector is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a focus on clear, persuasive communication.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to optimise marketing performance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, CIM) are a plus.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement within the financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, and social media), events, webinars, and direct mail.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM database, ensuring accurate segmentation for targeted outreach and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to track ROI and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the creation of tailored marketing materials and presentations for key business partners and financial advisers.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting corporate events, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and generate quality leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
