THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented marketer with a proven track record of scaling revenue for companies around the $/£50m revenue mark. In this fixed term role, you will lead our enterprise marketing initiatives, with a focus on engaging decision-makers in UK & US financial advice firms. Your deep expertise in B2B marketing, combined with your ability to craft compelling narratives and drive measurable growth, will be key to our continued success.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to help us win and grow clients from the top 100 financial advice firms in the UK and US.

  • Lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to drive demand and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the production of content-based marketing initiatives and small-scale events (e.g., breakfast seminars, roundtables) to engage target audiences.
  • Full customer marketing responsibility, including the delivery of upsell and churn reduction goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform messaging strategies.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.
