Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts and raise brand awareness of our interior design and construction services. This includes creating and managing campaigns, coordinating with sales, and producing engaging content. Marketing is a new function at Clearspace, and you will report directly to the CEO.
This is truly a generalist role with a deeper foundation in content creation, someone who is creative, curious and professional. There will be opportunity to stretch across multiple areas of marketing but not an expectation of being an expert in everything.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications in marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the interior design or related industry, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for different marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and analytics to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of interior design industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing campaigns management: Create and execute marketing plans that include digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, events, and other relevant channels to effectively promote our interior design and construction services.
  • Sales collaboration and coordination: Work closely with sales to align marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring consistent market messaging and resource leverage.
  • Content creation: Develop and curate engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and case studies, to educate and engage our target audience and establish our firm as an industry thought leader. Create content for sales enablement.
  • Brand management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials to maintain brand integrity and recognition. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand integrity.
  • Existing client engagement: Manage engagement with our existing clients and contacts through email newsletters, and collect and manage testimonials for marketing campaigns.
