With Homedata, our SaaS business, we’re building the UK’s smartest residential property intelligence platform — helping Estate Agents, Surveyors and Lenders make faster, better-informed decisions. Backed by extensive data and fuelled by real industry need, our SaaS platform is growing quickly.
Now we’re looking for a B2B Marketing Lead who can promote both brands to their respective professional audiences, generate prospect pipelines, acquire new Partners and help us shape the next phase of growth. You’ll be joining a team that’s agile, collaborative and innovative. We’re passionate about offering top-rated providers greater access to home movers, and deeply invested in making property data more comprehensive, insightful and actionable.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a commercially savvy, highly creative B2B Marketing Manager to join our centralised Marketing team and take the reins on:

  • Homedata’s day-to-day marketing of its SaaS platform — from brand to funnel
  • Homemove’s B2B acquisition marketing to providers of the various moving home services

This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing of 2 x B2B brands from the start, with the autonomy to make decisions & implement, with guidance from the Marketing Director to support your success. You’ll own the full B2B marketing mix for Homemove and Homedata (our SaaS business) and play a key role in demand generation, sales enablement, and long-term brand growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: LEAD OUR MARKETING EXECUTION:

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end marketing plan across digital and offline channels
  • Develop and deliver compelling multi-touch campaigns that feed our sales funnels
  • Be the voice and custodian of our brands
  • Ensure marketing aligns with overall business objectives
