What you’ll be doing Develop valuable insights and build up sufficient pipelines for focused sectors potential (General Manufacturing, Conventional Power, etc.) Develop sector strategy and fit-for-purpose portfolio with competitive value proposition, including service solution and value-added commercial proposals (mainstream products, etc.) As marketing focal, to participant in cost saving projects and initiatives, to meet the targets and timeline Support to develop value proposition for distributors to drive their growth Solid plan executing and tracking, keep the regular review process with stakeholders to ensure the target delivery. What you bring University degree (engineering are preferred), plus ~6 years of frontline marketing / sales / field application / technical support experience in complex customers with a proven track record, Manufacturing, Conventional Power, Mining, Chemical industries are preferred) In depth industrial sector knowledge in the major B2B industry sectors (Manufacturing, Conventional Power, Mining, Chemical, etc.) and specific customer needs. Proven ability to trouble shooting and solve customer problems by generating value adding solutions. Strong commercial mindset and enhanced interpersonal and communications skills. Proven track record on integration and collaboration across organizations and cross functions. Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders / partners.
