Overview
Twinkl is seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to join our dynamic B2B team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase demand generation, generate leads, and drive sales growth within the B2B segments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted campaigns that resonate with our business audience and support our overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and target B2B segments to drive growth and market penetration.
- Define target audiences, craft messaging, and set clear goals for demand, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate inbound qualified leads. Build a robust pipeline through targeted campaigns across various channels, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and trade shows.
- Create and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Play a crucial role in developing and managing content that educates, engages, and positions your company as a thought leader in the industry. This may involve creating white papers, case studies, blog posts and infographics.
- Plan and manage B2B events like webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide training and resources to help sales teams effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and personalise communication.
- Analyse campaign data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise strategies for better ROI.
- Responsible for managing the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximise impact.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Communicate and report back on campaign and strategy performance and provide insights for future campaign development.
- Stay ahead of marketing and educational technology industry trends, constantly seeking innovative ways to reach and engage educators.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software (Hubspot preferrable).
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven marketing decisions.
- Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
- Project management proficiency with a focus on delivering impactful activations.
